Though the data is in the public domain, professional ethics requires citation.

Citing the CPG#

When citing data that you have accessed from the Cell Painting Gallery, please cite both our publication announcing the Cell Painting Gallery in Nature Methods (Weisbart et al., 2024) as well as the individual publication/s describing any dataset/s that you have used. We used the dataset cpg0000 (Chandrasekaran et al., 2022), available from the Cell Painting Gallery (Weisbart et al., 2024) on the Registry of Open Data on AWS (https://registry.opendata.aws/cellpainting-gallery/).

Data was accessed from the Cell Painting Gallery (Weisbart et al., 2024). We analysed datasets cpg0000-jump-pilot (Chandrasekaran et al., 2022) and cpg0001-cellpainting-protocol (Cimini et al., 2022).
