IST benchmarking showcase portal is being developed by the Spatial Technology Platform(STP) at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard. This repository enables researchers to easily visualize IST datasets generated in our benchmarking paper: Systematic benchmarking of imaging spatial transcriptomics platforms in FFPE tissues using Celldega(a spatial analysis and visualization library for large ST data developed by STP).
